CRIA guarantees a 180 minute response. Services include minor road repairs, cranes for non-repairable vehicles on the road, assistance with fuel, leak replacement, lock-out assistance, jump-start services, maps and route guidance. Some services are provided for a fixed annual fee, although other services are offered at an additional cost.

History
In 2014, CRIA formed a partnership with the Upper Indian Automotive Association. In January 2015, the company received its first round of funding by a customer centric fund of Sixth Sense Ventures, which was auctioned by former managing director of IDFC Securities and co-lead researcher Nikhil Vora.
Technology
CRIA has developed software at home called "Yantra" - a web-based software with timely access worldwide, which helps companies meet service standards.
