College Hunks Hauling Junk and College Hunks Moving are waste removal in North America and move the company with its headquarters in Tampa, Florida. The company provides local, long-distance remotes, mobile and remote office remittance services including a home donation pickup service for non-profit partner organizations. The Company started operations in 2005 and started the franchise in 2007.
Corporate services are available to commercial and residential clients, with more than 65% of collected "garbage" donated to charities such as Goodwill Industries, recycled, reused or burned as fuel through Covanta Energy Corporation. Starting April 2017, College Hunks Hauling Junk and Moving has two company-owned locations and 100 franchise locations in the United States and Canada.

History
College Hunks Hauling Junk started operations in 2004 after co-founder Omar Soliman won $ 10,000 in Leigh Rothschild's Annual Business Plan Plan. After graduating from the University of Miami, Soliman and his partner Nick Friedman moved to Washington D.C. and expand the company into a full-scale operation. In the first two years, the company attracted more than 4,000 tons of waste, and in 2010 transported an average of 10,000 tons annually.
In 2008, the company moved its headquarters to Tampa, Florida and started a franchise. The organization expanded and appeared on the 500 Fastest Growing Companies list in Inc. magazine in 2009. The company was ranked # 30 in 50 New Franchise Rankings of Entrepreneur Magazine in 2009.

In September 2008, Friedman and Soliman tried but failed to get funding from investors for a new business concept called College Foxes Packing Boxes, full service packing and professional organizing companies. The company is trying to get an investment of 250 thousand for 25% for "fox", on the ABC investment television show Shark Tank. Investors are asking for equities in Hunks, and their offer on Hunks is $ 1,000,000 for 10%. The show's investors eventually refused the offer, except Robert Herjavec who offered 250K for 50% of Foxes and 10% of Hunks who were later denied.
Soliman and Friedman are contestants in the third premiere of the season from Bravo TV Millionaire Matchmaker organized by Patti Stanger.
Friedman and his girlfriend appeared at HGTV's House Hunters , in an episode that aired on July 7, 2013.
Awards
In 2012, the company was awarded the Franchisee Top 50 Satisfaction Prize and INC's Rental Power Award. In 2013, they won the Franchise 500 Award.
