Chimichurri Burger (usually called " Chimi burger ", " Dominican burger ", or just " chimi ") is traditional snacks (sandwiches) served in the Dominican Republic.
It is made of pork or beef, sliced, roasted, and served on pan de agua (literally "water bread") and decorated with chopped cabbage. Golf Salsa was also added. This dish is made throughout the Dominican Republic and is usually sold in street booths. Each vendor has its own recipe; taste and ingredients can change the texture and taste of chimichurris substantially.

Chimichurris sold out of food trucks in the Dominican Republic and in various regions of the United States. These areas include: Washington Heights, Manhattan, New York; Corona, Queens, New York; Brooklyn, New York; Paterson, New Jersey; Allapattah area in Miami, Florida; East and South Orlando, Florida; Lawrence, Massachusetts; north of San Antonio, Texas; and in Providence, Rhode Island.
