- Route description
The southern terminal route is at US $ 63 on the northern border of Warren. The intersection also serves as the north end of Highway 189. US 63b runs south as Myrtle Street (past Warren High School) until it turns onto Bond Street near Davis-Adams House, listed on the National Register of Historic Places (NRHP). After a block, the route turns south onto Main Street and passes downtown Warren. Past historical buildings, including the Bradley Court Building and the Clerk Office, the Dark Construction Company Building, the Post Office of Warren, and Ederington House (all registered NRHPs). Among Church Street and Central Road, the highway overlaps with US 278 BUS. After the intersection of Central Street, US 63B runs south to end on its parent route.

It started about 0.75 miles (1.21 km) north of Missouri Supplemental Highway ZZ, and locally known as Bill Virdon Blvd. As the road began to turn west around Grace Ave., the road changed its name to East Main St., past the Ozark Action. About 0.25 miles (0.40 km) west of the Ozark Action on Howell Ave., East Main St. died on Howell Ave., and this street was named Jackie Garrett Dr., after the owner of a local service station for years. This station is on the corner of Porter Wagoner Blvd. and Broadway. Crossed Washington Ave near Court Square, the street changed again to Broadway. After walking like Broadway for a mile (1.6 km), the road turns north again at Porter Wagoner Blvd., where Garrett service station stands, and remains that name until reunited with US 63 near the Wayhaven area of ââthe Western Plains.

US 63 BUS runs northwest from US 63 to meet with AR 18. US 63 BUS/AR 18 becomes Highland Drive east on US 49/AR 1 and north with AR 141 (formerly US 49 BUS ). The route goes west as And Ave. to end on US 63.
