Platforms Z platform or Z-body car platform designations are used on two types of vehicles made by General Motors.

Chevrolet Corvair
The first is the second generation Chevrolet Corvair from 1960 to 1969, which is a rear-wheel drive car and a compact car behind the engine.
- The Chevrolet Corvair features a rear-mounted six-cylinder engine that includes many aluminum components and aluminum blocks, along with rear-swing suspension (up to 1964) and rear transaxle. From 1965 the rear suspension is similar to the current Corvette except the coil used in place of the transverse leaf. The 1960 Corvair model also offers gasoline-powered heaters as an option.
Vehicles that use the rear-rear/rear-engine body include:

- 1960-1969 Chevrolet Corvair Monza
- 1965-1966 Chevrolet Corvair Corsa
Maps GM Z platform
Saturn S-Series
The second is Saturn's platform car from its debut in 1990 to 2002, which is a front-wheel drive compact car. This platform was replaced with GM Delta platform.
Vehicles using front-drive/front-engine Z-body include:

- 1991-2002 Saturn SL
- 1992-2002 Saturn SW
